| To make sure you have peace of mind over who will be renting your property, we will provide a full reference and credit check service to ensure you let your property to the very best tenant possible. As a further benefit, we will discount this service for each additional adult tenant after the main applicant by £200, potentially awarding you significant savings. | |

| We can arrange for an Electrical Safety Certificate to be carried out by a qualified electrician. Prices vary based on the size and type of the property (i.e, a one bedroom flat will be less expensive than a three bedroom house). Typically, Certificates are valid for a maximum of 5 years or until there is a change of occupancy. However, it is up to the tester to specify an amount of time based on the test results, experience and judgement. | |
